Jobs for Cleaners recruitment process …
We have a very clear picture in our minds of the kind of cleaners we invite to join our team. What we are looking for are general contract cleaners and specialised cleaners.
- Stage 1 – Our recruitment team reviews all the applications submitted online.
- Stage 2 – Qualified candidates are invited to a ten-minute phone interview.
- Stage 3 – Some candidates will proceed to a twenty-minute face-to-face interview.
- Stage 4 – Final assessment – selected candidates will then participate in short online pre-contract education & assessment tasks.
- Stage 5 – Successful candidates will participate in an on-the-job assessment.
Qualifications and training
To succeed as a contract cleaner with Jobs For Cleaners you must have previous experience as a cleaner and your own ABN!
You also need is a willingness to satisfy our detail cleaning standard and then to follow through with implementing that standard in every job that you do for our clients.
