Your responsibilities:
- Start work at the agreed time each day, knowing that lateness and absences from work will cause hardship to other team members, disrupt client cleaning schedules and upset clients.
- Perform various cleaning activities, according to the instructions in the scope of the job.
- Report any broken items, accidents or injuries promptly to the Team Leader / Project Manager.
- Move couches, chairs and other furniture as needed according to the scope of the job.
- Secure properties, including locking doors and windows, and activating alarms, without letting pets out.
- Report any security or safety violations to the Team Manager / Project Manager immediately.
- Report any emergency maintenance problems to include toilets and other water fixtures to the owner and/or Team Leader / Project Manager immediately.
- Wear appropriate uniform and personal protective equipment according to the job you are performing.
- Apply specific cleaning techniques of the company based on time and motion. Work smarter, not harder.
- Attend and participate in meetings as requested by the Team Leader, Manager, Office Manager, or Owner.
- Understand and adhere to all safety procedures (WHS) relevant to the job site and scope.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and clients.

Your job functions:
- Perform detailed cleaning as specified in the scope of works.
- Communicate any client issues to a supervisor/manager.
- Note any further work that needs to be done to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and communicates to the client and supervisor/manager accordingly.
- Complete time sheets or other records on a timely basis.
- Advise us when you start and finish each job in line with our procedures.
- Adhere to the WHS policies and procedures appropriate to the job site.
- Adhere to our policies and procedures.
