What is the biggest difference between us and other cleaners?
Our recruitment division, Jobs for Cleaners, recruits only people who want to make a career out of cleaning. Many of our excellent contractors are only available in school hours, for example.- If needed, we provide additional training to meet our standards for effective and efficient results for our clients.
- We do not engage cleaners who are not willing to be trained or who just want a job for a few weeks while travelling around the country or on holidays from University.
As a customer, can I be confident that your cleaners are paid award rates and not used like slave labour?
- Yes, all our contractors are engaged and paid according to Fair Work guidelines.
As a contractor, will I be expected to use any dangerous chemicals in my cleaning jobs?
- You will never be asked to do or use anything that you are not trained to do or use.
What references and checks will I need to provide?
- Please note that if you successfully proceed through the phone and face-to-face interview stages of our recruiting process, then you will be required to pass a police check before your on-the-job training begins.
- If you will be working in specific conditions, for example, tight spaces or working from heights, you will be required to produce the relevant certifications.
